A recent attendee at a training had this to say about it: ” I am a born and raised Humboldt kid that was raised with zero awareness around cultural bias or inequity. As I have grown into my own human and set out on a mission to understand my own history and that of the earth that has grown me, I have been actively searching for ways to connect and understand. I feel so honored to have been given a place in this training. The stories, language sharing, and the opportunity to see through multiple lenses was my favorite takeaway because it gives roots to my passion for connecting communities and building supports around our youth.”
